How do I unlock Taco Stickers?

Note: Stickers are a Slack-only feature.

Stickers are earned based on a secret formula — and every sticker has a different one. The formulas aren't publicly shared (where's the fun in that?), but here's what we can say:

• The more consistent and meaningful appreciation you share with tacos, the more likely you are to unlock a sticker.
• The more you spread your tacos around your team rather than giving to the same people repeatedly, the more likely you are to unlock a sticker.
• Stickers go above and beyond your daily taco limit, so they're a special way to recognize teammates when a regular taco just won't cut it.

You'll see something called Unlock Energy next to each locked sticker — a bar with a cryptic hint showing how close you are to unlocking it. Unlock Energy can go up and down. Some stickers can only be unlocked within a certain time window, so if you don't meet the criteria in time, your Unlock Energy resets and starts over. Keep giving consistently and that energy will build again.
