How do I remove someone from my leaderboard?

Only HeyTaco admins can remove people from the leaderboard. To do this, go to Admin → People. From there you can sort by any column to find the person you want to remove, then remove them using the controls in the far right column.

A couple of important things to know:

• If the person is still active in your Slack workspace or Microsoft Teams, anyone can reactivate their HeyTaco account simply by giving them a taco. To fully remove someone, also remove or deactivate them from your workspace so they can no longer receive tacos.
• Removing someone from HeyTaco removes them from the leaderboard and activity feed, but their historical taco data is retained.

On Slack, if someone is removed from your Slack workspace or their account is deactivated, they are also automatically removed from HeyTaco. On Microsoft Teams, removal is manual — go to Admin → People to remove them.
