Where is the Taco Shop and how do I access it?

The Taco Shop is where you browse and redeem rewards your admin has set up. Here's how to find it:

In Slack

Open the HeyTaco app from your left sidebar → click the Home tab → you'll see a link to the Taco Shop at the top.

In Microsoft Teams

Open the HeyTaco app from your left sidebar → click the Taco Shop tab at the top of the screen.

In a browser

Go to heytaco.chat/shop and sign in with your Slack or Teams account.

Who can access the Taco Shop?

All HeyTaco users can browse the Taco Shop and redeem rewards using their taco balance. Only admins can add, edit, or remove rewards.

The Taco Shop is empty — what's going on?

If the Taco Shop is empty, it's likely that no rewards have been set up yet. If you're an admin, check out Getting started with rewards in HeyTaco to add your first reward. If you're not an admin, ask your HeyTaco admin about getting some rewards added.
