How do I reset taco balances?

There are two common reasons to reset taco balances:

Starting fresh after your trial

If you want to wipe the slate clean after your free trial and start your paid subscription with everyone at zero, a HeyTaco admin can do this from Admin → Settings using the reset button.

Introducing rewards to an existing team

If your team has been using HeyTaco for a while and people have accumulated a lot of redeemable tacos, you may want to reset redeemable balances before launching rewards — otherwise you risk a flood of redemptions on day one. You can reset redeemable balances from Admin → Settings . This removes tacos available to spend on rewards but does not affect given/received taco counts, leaderboard standings, or taco message history.
