How do I add or remove people from Taco Chats?

How to see who's participating

Go to Admin → Taco Chats and click People on the Participants card. You'll see everyone in Taco Chats, how many Taco Chats they've had, the date they joined, and their status. Use the All, Participating, and Opted out tabs to filter the list.

How to remove someone from Taco Chats

In the People list, click the trash icon in the Remove column next to the person's name. They won't be matched in future rounds.

How to add new teammates

When you set up Taco Chats, your team is included automatically. To keep it up to date as people join, turn on Auto-add on first taco in Admin → Settings → Taco Chats. New teammates are added quietly the first time they give a taco.

How teammates opt out (or back in)

Anyone can opt out anytime. Go to your Profile → Settings page and turn off Participate in Taco Chats. You won't be matched until you turn it back on. People who opt out aren't billed.
