Taco Chats is an add-on to your HeyTaco subscription. It costs $1 per participating teammate per month. You're only billed for people who are participating; anyone who opts out isn't billed.

Taco Chats is available on any HeyTaco plan and isn't sold as a standalone product.

How does the free trial work?

Every team gets a 30-day free trial. The trial starts when your first matches go out, not when you turn the feature on.

The days left in your trial show next to the Taco Chats title on the Admin → Taco Chats page.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your trial automatically becomes a Taco Chats subscription at $1 per participating teammate per month, so your team's chats keep going without a break. You don't need to do anything. We'll send you a reminder before it converts, and you can cancel anytime before then from the Admin → Billing page.

How is Taco Chats billed?

Taco Chats is added as a line item on your existing HeyTaco subscription and follows your plan's billing cycle. The number of billed seats is the number of people participating in Taco Chats.

How do I cancel Taco Chats?

Go to Admin → Billing and remove the Taco Chats add-on. Your HeyTaco recognition subscription isn't affected.
