What is Giver Mode and how do I enable it?

Giver Mode shifts the focus of HeyTaco from who receives the most tacos to who gives the most. Research shows that highlighting giving behavior in peer recognition programs encourages collaboration and strengthens team culture.

When Giver Mode is enabled, only the Tacos Given leaderboard remains visible for end users. Admins can always see all leaderboards.

Only HeyTaco admins can enable Giver Mode. To turn it on, go to Admin → Settings and only keep the Tacos given leaderboard enabled.
