I didn't receive my gift card, or I received the wrong one

I redeemed a gift card but haven't received it

Here's what to check:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder — gift card emails sometimes land there, because the originate from no-reply or generic email addresses.
  2. Make sure you're checking the right email address. Gift cards are sent to the email on your HeyTaco account, which may be different from your personal email, or different from the email you use for the gift card provider you have chosen.  You can check which email is on your account in your HeyTaco profile settings.
  3. If it's been more than a few minutes and it's not in spam, contact us at heytaco.com/contact and we'll resend it.

I received the wrong gift card

Contact us at heytaco.com/contact with your account email and details of the redemption. We'll get it sorted for you.


Note: custom gift card rewards

If your company set up a gift card as a custom reward (rather than using HeyTaco's instant gift cards), it's fulfilled manually by your company's HeyTaco admin — not automatically by HeyTaco. If you're waiting on one of those, reach out to your admin directly. Not sure who your admin is? Check your personal profile in HeyTaco — admins are listed there.
