How do I filter the leaderboard?
The leaderboard has filters you can combine to view taco activity in different ways. Available filters vary slightly by platform.
Given / Received / Combined
Switch between viewing who has given the most tacos and who has received the most. On Slack, a Combined view is also available, showing a total of both given and received.
Note: if your admin has enabled Giver Mode, only the Tacos Given leaderboard will be visible to regular users. See "What is Giver Mode and how do I enable it?" for more.
Timeframe
Filter by today, this week, this month, this year, all-time, or set a custom date range. Custom date ranges are useful for tracking recognition during specific periods like a team sprint, a quarter, or an event.
Channel / Team
Filter the leaderboard to focus on taco activity from a specific area of your workspace.
- In Slack, you can filter by channel
- In Microsoft Teams, you can filter by team — useful if HeyTaco is active across multiple teams and you want to see recognition within a specific one. Filtering by individual channel is not available in Teams.
