With HeyTaco, you can also connect taco giving to company values. In order to do that, first give a taco to someone.

Let's say Ross. I'm going to tag Ross, include a message of appreciation. Thank you for your help with the customer issue.

I will go ahead and give Ross a taco. I will also include a hashtag that is connected to the value that Ross was exhibiting. For example, #customers first and a # excellence. You can include as many hashtags as you'd like. I will go ahead and share that message.

Now I will go visit my tags page and refresh it to get the latest data. I can see all the tags that have been used in the last month or in the current month.

I can see that Ross has been tagged with customer first and excellence, as well as that Rachel has been tagged with the hashtag sales.

You can filter this data to see who has been tagged with a particular tag, like thousand customers or attention to detail, as well as for a particular time frame.

Teams use this data to highlight and celebrate people on their team who are living company values every single day.a really neat way to see how people align to them.
