Tacos for Charity
Using HeyTaco's Collaborative Rewards feature, emagineHealth built a Tacos for Charity initiative. Employees collectively contribute their tacos toward a shared goal — a target of 1,000 tacos pooled together. When the goal is reached, Krystal uses a random picker to select a charity from the company's list of potential recipients. Over six years, this practice has resulted in donations to 20 different charities across the country.

What makes the program personal is how the charity list grows. When new employees join, Krystal asks them about their favorite causes and adds those organizations to the pool.
